Speech play-by-play

I'll give a more detailed writing about why I'm against John Kerry in a little bit but now I wanna talk about a speech that Kerry's giving to the N.A.A.C.P. convention in Philadelphia, PA.

Thus far, he's spent the entire time attacking President Bush and Vice President Cheney. In a round-about way, Kerry called Bush a racist. I quote: "When you're President of the United States, you can pretty much say where you want to be." In other words, he accused President Bush of intentionally skirtting the convention simply because he didn't want to be there. That's interesting... does he know this for a fact or is he just grasping for straws? I think the latter. Maybe Senator Kerry needs to realize that President Bush has a war going on, not to mention doing a crazy thing like running our country. I'd say his plate's pretty full.

He also made mention of Vice President Cheney's f-bomb. Why is this a big deal? Just because he's Vice President doesn't mean that he isn't human.

Senator Kerry has promised to go out on a "front porch" tour of America. I'm willing to bet that most of this tour will take place on the east and west coasts and not in the heart land. What a crock. You see, dear friend, Democrats are so far out of touch with reality, it's not even funny. They believe that what's important in San Francisco and SoHo is also important to the REAL people in the heart of our country. The truth is, not all of us are yuppies who go to Starbucks everyday and work for an Internet company.

I love how Senator Kerry is telling the NAACP that he understands their problems. I think it's funny to hear that from a man with an Ivy League education and who is a lawyer.

More later. I have to get ready for work.
