The weather up here has been weird! Seriously, I'm just not used to this. Down in Mississippi, it doesn't feel like this until about November. I was expecting lower humidity and cooler temps when I moved up here but not this. Honestly, I love it! This is the kind of weather I like. But I just never thought that I might have to use my heat in August!

I finally made it to the gym today. Yep, I went almost two weeks without a work out. Honestly, I couldn't tell that it had been a while. I did a lighter than usual routine, though, because I hadn't worked out in almost two weeks. But it felt good to get back in the gym. I'm not sure why I've had a lack of motivation lately. I need to keep going, though, because I need to get in shape.

I just heard something really dumb on the news. The President's nominee for CIA Director is drawing some fire from some Democrats because he's "too close to the agency." Now, read that again and tell me if that makes sense. I would think you'd want the Director of the CIA to know the agency inside and out. Oi...

Ok, bed time.
