Damn raccoons!

Remember yesterday's post where I said the power went off in most of Waynedale (including the station)? Turns out it was a raccoon (I hope I'm even spelling that correctly)! Apparently it got into a substation and ate through some wires. I wonder if it got fried.

I found out that that not-so-hot station in town is looking for a new night DJ. Me and my boss wonder what's going on. I mean, the guy they just hired didn't even last a month. Of course it could simply be a case of him moving to a different shift. Guess time will tell. Honestly I could care less. Either way, they're going down.

Tomorrow will be interesting. Friday's my busy day and I usually don't get out of the office until late (late for me is 8:00 or 9:00). But I'm supposed to meet someone tomorrow evening at 8:00! Wow, this could get interesting. And, yes, the person I'm meeting is a woman. Me on an outing with a woman in Fort Wayne: Who would have thunk it? ;-)
